Yes. Free samples are available for confirmed orders above $5,000. For smaller orders, sample cost is $50–$200 depending on the product, deductible from your final order.
We offer FOB (Baotou/Tianjin) and DDP (door-to-door) terms. Standard production lead time is 15–30 days depending on order size. Shipping time: 7–15 days by air, 25–40 days by sea.
Yes. Every product ships with a heritage certificate card naming the artisan, region, craft discipline, and materials used. Bulk orders also include a consolidated certificate for customs and retail display.
Absolutely. Our artisans accept custom designs, branded commissions, and exclusive product lines. Share your design brief or mood board, and we'll match you with the right artisan and provide a production plan and quote.
We accept bank transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and PayPal for sample orders. Standard terms: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. L/C at sight for orders above $10,000.
